  • more_vertBoard & Social Game Club

Our purpose is to have fun playing board and social games. We meet at 7:00pm in the Wine Library on the first Wednesday of the month to play Trivial Pursuit and other board games as well as the third Wednesday of the month to play social games such as Dictionary, Rollick and Hedbanz (charade type games) and other social games.

Both events are “drop in” events in the sense that you do not have to play every month. We prefer that you sign up for each meeting on the Events page of MyTrilogyLife.com but it is not essential. If you have a favorite game, please bring it to the event! There is no cost to join the club or attend meetings. Everyone is welcome to attend and bring snacks, if you would like.

  • more_vertBridge Club

Our club meets on Mondays at 1:00pm in the Avila Room. If you like Bridge and want to play “Duplicate” or “Rubber” bridge with your fellow Trilogians, please come and join us.

Duplicate bridge play requires that you have a partner and that you reserve a place in advance. Rubber bridge play does not require a partner, but you should let Club Leader know you will be coming. Drop-ins for rubber bridge are allowed, but preference is given to those who pre-register through the Events page of MTL.

We meet approximately the third Tuesday and Thursday of every month, but please check our schedule as it does vary. Please check your MTL newsletter for venue changes. We request that you have read at least 100 pages of the book we are discussing so that you’re able to contribute to the conversation in a meaningful way.

  • more_vertClubhouse Bunco

Roll the dice and have some fun with your Trilogy neighbors! Clubhouse Bunco meets on the first Wednesday of every month in the Avila Room at 6:45pm to sign in and start playing at 7:00pm.

If you’d like to play, sign up at the concierge desk with your $10 payment by the Sunday before each Clubhouse Bunco event. If you don’t sign up with payment by Sunday, your money will not be included in the gift cards that are given out as prizes. You are still welcome to play, but you must let the Club Leader know prior to Tuesday that you intend to play so we can make sure we have the correct number of players. There is also a $10 annual dues fee charged to Members to cover the cost of supplies. Guests of Members do not have to pay the annual dues fee.

Please bring whatever you would like to drink, or feel free to purchase drinks from Adelina’s Bistro or The Market Place.

  • more_vertSupper Club

Our Club is a terrific way to meet neighbors and enjoy great meals in our lovely home settings. The Club began in January 2007 with 30 members who were looking for a way to connect with their neighbors. Supper Club was such a success it was decided to continue the get-togethers on a regular basis.

Any current Trilogy Monarch Dunes Member who has a home in which to host one get-together for approximately six to eight people in the current cycle is eligible to join. Single? No problem. Either team up with another single to share hosting duties or join individually. The choice is yours!

Every six months we put out a call for current and new Members to join the next cycle. Registration takes place by completing a signup form found at the Concierge Desk or by downloading the signup form from the “Helpful Links” section of MTL and sending it to our contact person. Everyone who wants to join may sign up and will then be randomly placed into groups of six to eight Members. You’ll then get together with the Members in your new group to decide the details of how you are going to operate, when to meet, how formal or informal the meals will be, whether or not the host will provide wine or BYOB, etc. Each couple or Member will plan one get-together in their home during the six-month cycle. The schedule of cycles is March to August and September to February.

Our mission is to volunteer and fundraise for non-profit charitable organizations in the local area serving men, women, and children.

The TSC was founded in 2010 by Amy Hedges. Since then we have grown to over 70 members. Our members volunteer in many local organizations, most recently the Feed the Children summer lunch program. Before the new school year begins we donate backpacks filled with supplies to the Family Care Network. We recently partnered with Domestic Violence Solutions to raise over $5,000, and remodeled two apartments at their Santa Maria shelter in memory of the late Elyse Erwin. The TSC August fundraiser donated in excess of $7,500 to Womenade of San Luis Obispo. Our members will again work as volunteers at the second annual Fall Automotive Concours event. We volunteer in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month each October by participating in the Pink Bows Up for Hope campaign, benefiting Arroyo Grande Hospital Foundation breast cancer services for women in need. Over the past seven plus years the TSC has donated in excess of $250,000 to local charities which include Nipomo Food Basket, 5 Cities Homeless Coalition, Noor Medical Clinic, Captive Hearts, South County Youth Coalition, and more. We are successful due to the overwhelming generosity of this community.
