  • more_vertWomen’s Health Club

This club will be hosted by a health professional with a hope of motivating and educating women on various health topics. Alexis, a Board Certified Physician who specializes in Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine, believes that with all of the “new” information coming out about women’s health around cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance, breast cancer, and especially perimenopause and menopause, we want to make sure that women have the opportunity to build an adequate resource system to get accurate information and to have a safe space to ask questions to better understand health information, new and old. It’s important to teach women how to advocate for themselves, as women have been taught to brush things off or just to wait it out, and that needs to be retaught. What they think, feel, want and need is real and it matters.
